Tubulin-folding cofactor B

The CKAP1/TBCB protein plays a key role in the tubulin folding pathway, binding to alpha-tubulin folding intermediates after chaperone interactions, which is critical for tubulin heterodimer transition. It regulates heterodimer dissociation and may act as a negative regulator of axonal growth. CKAP1/TBCB Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived CKAP1/TBCB protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag.
