CHO cells were tranfected with BAF57-Myc/DDK plasmid (OriGene Cat# RC209444). The cells were fixed with 2% formaldehyde for 20 min, and permeabilized with 0.1% saponin in PBS for 10 min. The cells were then incubated with DyLight488-labeled DDK antibodies diluted 1:50 in PBS/0.1% saponin for 20 min. The cells were then washed and observed under a fluorescent microscope. Please note the nucleus staining pattern for BAF57.
