    Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Not recommended for Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry/Immunocytochemistry: 0.5-1 ug/ml; For optimal results, tissues or cytospin preparations should be fixed in Carnoys Fluid (60% ethanol, 30% chloroform, 10% glacial acetic acid). Not recommended for use on formaldehyde fixed tissue. Positive control: Lung, Heart, Skin, Placenta. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.. ICC (0.5 - 1 µg/ml), IHC (0.5 - 1 µg/ml) Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Not recommended for Western Blot. Figure 1. IHC analysis of CMA1 using anti-CMA1 antibody (PB9055). CMA1 was detected in a paraffin-embedded section of human placenta tissue. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0, epitope retrieval solution). The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue section was then incubated with 1 microg/ml rabbit anti-CMA1 Antibody (PB9055) overnight at 4°C. Biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. The tissue section was developed using Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex (SABC) (Catalog # SA1022) with DAB as the chromogen.
