Conessine, a steroidal alkaloid, is a potent and selective histamine H 3 receptor antagonist with K i s of 5.4, 6.0, 5.7 and 25 nM for human, dog, guinea pig, and rat H H 3 receptor, respectively. Anti-malarial activity [1] .
