Crocin (Crocin I) is an orally active natural product that can be isolated from the stigma of Crocus sativus . Crocin inhibits tumor cell proliferation and promotes apoptosis through JAK pathway. Crocin has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antitumor activities [1] [2] .
