Cyanine5.5 hydrazide, an analog of Cyanine5.5 fluorophore, is a near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent dye. Cyanine5.5 hydrazide is used for labeling of biomolecules through the condensation between the hydrazide groups and the carbonyl groups. (lambdaex=684 nm, lambdaem=710 nm)[1].
