Cystatin-M

Cystatin M/CST6 protein is a potent inhibitor of cathepsin L, cathepsin L2 (cathepsin V) and Legumain, regulating important proteolytic processes. It actively participates in epidermal keratinization and affects the formation of the skin barrier.
