This Cytoskeleton Labeling Lentivirus can be used to easily label the cytoskeleton. The vector expresses RFP (Red Fluorescent Protein) fused to the C-terminus of the beta actin protein (ACTB), which is incorporated into actin filaments. This lentivirus offers a simple method to visualize the cytoskeleton without antibodies or chemical dyes. Combine with other organelle labeling lentiviruses for multiplexed labeling.
