Excellent blue fluorescent thiol-reactive reagent (Ex/Em: 383/463nm), widely used for probing configurations of biomolecules such as proteins and create blue-fluorescent bioconjugates. The unreacted reagent is non-fluorescent and can also be used to quantitate free thiols.
