DAG1 Proteinas, a pivotal extracellular glycoprotein, is crucial for laminin and basement membrane assembly, sarcolemmal stability, cell survival, peripheral nerve myelination, nodal structure, cell migration, and epithelial polarization. Serving as a receptor for laminin-G domain-containing extracellular matrix proteins, DAG1 interacts with laminin-2 (LAMA2) and agrin in peripheral nerve Schwann cells and acts as a receptor for laminin LAMA5. DAG1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived DAG1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
