DaminoDaminozide is a plant growth regulator and selective inhibitor of human KDM2/7 histone demethylases, with IC50 values of 0.55, 1.5, and 2.1 uM for PHF8, KDM2A, and KIAA1718, respectively.Daminozide is more then100-fold selective for KDM2/7 demethylases compared to other demethylase subfamily members tested. zide is a selective KDM2/7 inhibitor.
