This is useful for the culture of in vitro-derived embryos and in vivo-derived embryoscollected after an artificial insemination. This medium is sterilized and effectively supports porcine embryo development under a low oxygen condition (5%O$$2$$$/5%CO$$2$$$/90%N$$2$$$, 39°C). Note: PZM-5 medium is for research use only. Do notuse in animals, humans, or diagnostic procedures.
