Denopamine ((R)-(-)-Denopamine) is an orally active, selective beta1-adrenergic agonist. Denopamine prolongs survival in a murine model of congestive heart failure induced by viral myocarditis: suppression of tumor necrosis factor-alpha production in the heart. Cardiovascular effects[1].
