Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 75kD band in Human Brain (Amygdala) lysates and in lysates of cell lines A431 and KELLY after 1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 33.7kD according to NP_689530.1. The 75kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?.
