Difloxacin (hydrochloride) (Standard) is the analytical standard of Difloxacin (hydrochloride). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Difloxacin hydrochloride is a broad-spectrum antibacterial agent. Difloxacin hydrochloride inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and exhibits a concentration-dependant bactericidal effect by interference with the activity of DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV [1] .
