Recombinant human DNMT1 (DNA methyltransferase 1, isoform b ), full-length, encompassing amino acids 2-1632(end). This construct contains an N-terminal GST-tag and includes a thrombin cleavage site to facilitate removal of the GST portion. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
