Recombinant Dog interleukin-21 (IL-21) is a recombinant protein corresponding to a 129 amino acid sequence of native canine IL-21. Canine interleukin-21 is a potent type I regulatory cytokine belonging to the IL-15/IL-21 family expressed by activated T-cells. Interleukin-21 is involved with the modulation of T and B cell activity along with promoting proliferation of NK cells and cytotoxic T-cells.
