Draflazine is an ENT1 inhibitor. It completely reverses the hypersensitivity in the complete Freunds adjuvant (CFA) model of mechanical hyperalgesia. Draflazine also completely reverses the hypersensitivity of the carrageenan inflammation model of thermal and mechanical hyperalgesia.
