    DS2 is a selective positive allosteric modulator of delta-GABA A receptor . DS2 selectively potentiates GABA responses mediated by alpha4beta3delta receptor. DS2 does not enhance activity at alpha4beta3gamma2 and alpha1beta3gamma2 receptors. DS2 relieves pain and has the potential for sleep disorders research [1] .
