Constant flow rate and oxygenation is key to hollow fiber cell culture. Continuous flow provides nutritional support and constant oxygenation to the culture modules. FiberCell Systems Duet Pump is uniquely designed to allow continuous flow and frictionless pumping in the high humidity, high temperatures of a CO2 incubator without generating heat or ozone. • The FiberCell Systems Duet Pump system can generate from 1 mL to 180 mLs per minute of flow rate. • Gas permeable silicone tubing provides gas exchange while maintaining the system in a closed, biosafe manner • Flexible flow rate support for all the FiberCell Systems hollow fiber bioreactor cartridges • Unique positive pressure displacement pumping action for high flow rate without tubing wear • Squeezing of the tubing in conjunction with the two one-way check valves produces a frictionless pumping action for up to two years of continuous culture • The FiberCell Systems Duet Pump comes with a full 2-year warranty • Fits into a standard incubator for temperature and gas control
