Scientific Description
ECD proteins are multifunctional regulators of cellular dynamics that cooperate with TXNIP to stabilize and regulate p53/TP53 by inhibiting MDM2-mediated degradation. In addition to p53 stabilization, ECD is involved in complex transcriptional regulation, exhibits intrinsic transactivation activity, and may interact with EP300. ECD Protein, Human (sf9, His-GST) is the recombinant human-derived ECD protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His, N-GST labeled tag.
