- Scientific DescriptionECSIT protein is an adapter protein in Toll-like receptors, IL-1, and antiviral signaling that crucially activates NF-kappa-B by complexing with TRAF6 and TAK1/MAP3K7, leading to TAK1/MAP3K7 activation and subsequent IKK activation. Ubiquitinated ECSIT interacts with RELA and NFKB1 and translocates to induce NF-kappa-B-dependent gene expression. ECSIT Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived ECSIT protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag.
