EphA2 protein is a receptor tyrosine kinase that participates in bidirectional signaling with various ephrin A ligands, affecting cell migration, adhesion, proliferation and differentiation. It regulates cell adhesion and differentiation by interacting with DSG1 and inhibiting the ERK1/ERK2 signaling pathway.
