FAM-sgc8c aptamer sodium is a 5-FAM labeled sgc8c aptamer sodium (HY-160065). sgc8c aptamer sodium is an aptamer that specifically targets the human protein tyrosine kinase PTK-7, which is mainly expressed on cervical cancer HeLa cells. Binding of FAM-sgc8c aptamer sodium to PTK-7 induces the assembly of nanotags on the cell surface, resulting in strong fluorescence and SERS signals[1].
