This anti-GITR (Glucocorticoid-Induced TNFR-Related protein) antibody is a purified monospecific recombinant antibody, which is labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE). This antibody has been tested by flow cytometry for binding to human GITR on the surface of GITR-HEK293 Recombinant Cell Line (BPS Bioscience #79092). FluoSite™ is a tag-based method for site-specific conjugation of antibodies with fluorophores, ensuring the labeling site is far from the antigen-binding domain to preserve antibody functionality.
