This anti-GUCY2C (guanylate cyclase 2c) antibody is a purified monospecific recombinant antibody, which is labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE). This antibody has been tested by flow cytometry for binding to human GUCY2C on the surface of GUCY2CY HEK293 Cell Line (BPS Bioscience #83016). FluoSite™ is a tag-based method for site-specific conjugation of antibodies with fluorophores, ensuring the labeling site is far from the antigen-binding domain to preserve antibody functionality.
