Follistatin-related protein 3

FSTL3 proteins, specifically isoform 1, act as secretory antagonists of TGF-beta family members such as activin, BMP2, and MSTN. It can effectively inhibit cell signaling induced by activin A, activin B, BMP2 and MSDT, and has a stronger effect on activin A. FSTL3 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived FSTL3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
