When used as a second step reagent in Flow cytometry, optimal resolution between signal and background with Ancell Mouse anti-Human antibodies was obtained using 50^l of a 1:60 dilution of product to stain 5 x 105 cells, followed by a 3o incubation with Streptavidin R-Phycoerythrin. Cells types tested: Ficolled human peripheral blood lymphocytes, CEM, and Nalm-6. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested..
