When used as a second step reagent in Flow cytometry, optimal resolution between signal and background with Ancell Mouse anti-Human antibodies was obtained using 50 ^l of a 1:60 dilution of product to stain 5 x 105 cells. Cells types tested: Ficolled human peripheral blood lymphocytes, CEM, HPB-MLT, Nalm-6, Jurkat, U-937, Molt-4, Raji, Daudi and KG-1 (Some cells were pre-blocked with human IgG to prevent non specific binding). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested..
