In a direct ELISA against purified rat IgG 10 ug/ml as sample, conjugate diluted 1/125,000 produced an O.D.=1.0 in a 15 minute reaction with TMB as substrate. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions. Goats were immunized with purified rat IgG in Freunds adjuvant. Anti IgG was immunoaffinity purified and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP)
