LS-C292351 is intended as a negative control for use in flow cytometry and ELISA to assess potential non-specific binding by goat F(ab)2 IgG antibodies. Suggested working dilutions are given as a guide only. It is recommended that the user titrates the product for use in their own system using appropriate negative/positive controls. Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product.
