Gasdermin-C

GSDMC protein serves as the precursor of pore-forming proteins and undergoes cleavage to release Gasdermin-C. This N-terminal moiety binds to the membrane, forming pores with an inner diameter of 10 to 15 nm and inducing pyroptosis. GSDMC Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived GSDMC protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-SUMO, N-6*His labeled tag.
