    Hexadecanamide (Palmitamide) is a fatty acid amide known for its oral antiallergic, antioxidant, and neuroprotective properties. It alleviates mastitis caused by Staphylococcus aureus by inhibiting inflammatory responses and maintaining the integrity of the blood-milk barrier. Additionally, Hexadecanamide suppresses the activation of the NF-kappaB pathway induced by Staphylococcus aureus in murine mammary epithelial cells (MMEC). It also activates PPARalpha, which enhances sperm vitality in vitro.
