Hit 14, a CXCR4 (C-X-C chemokine receptor type 4) inhibitor, demonstrates an IC50 of 254 nM. It inhibits migration and invasion of MDA-MB-231 cells and suppresses Akt phosphorylation, exhibiting anti-inflammatory activity. Furthermore, Hit 14 improves ear swelling and damage in a mouse model.
