    This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant HIV-1 p24 (group M, subtype B, strain 92418) ( Catalog#11695-V08E; ACI05538.1; Pro133-Leu363). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.
