HLA-G is a nonclassical major histocompatibility class Ib molecule that is critical for immune regulation at the maternal-fetal interface. It cooperates with B2M to form a complex that selectively binds self-peptides to promote maternal-fetal tolerance by interacting with KIR2DL4, LILRB1, and LILRB2 receptors. HLA-G Complex Protein, Human (HEK293, His-Avi) is a recombinant protein dimer complex containing HLA-G Protein and B2M/Beta-2-microglobulin Protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag and RIIPRHLQL peptide.
