- Scientific DescriptionHN1 protein negatively regulates AKT-mediated GSK3B signaling and induces the phosphorylation and degradation of CTNNB1 at Ser-33. This effect inhibits the Ser-9 phosphorylation of GSK3B, inhibits the activity of APC:CTNNB1:GSK3B complex and blocks its interaction with CDH1.
