- Scientific DescriptionThe protein encoded by this gene has both phospholipase and acyltransferase activities and acts as a tumor suppressor. The encoded protein can hydrolyze dipalmitoylated phosphatidylcholine (PC) to palmitic acid and lyso-PC.
