HSP90-IN-33 (compound 24e) is an effective Hsp90 inhibitor, demonstrating dissociation constants (Kd) of ≥200 microM for Hsp90alpha and 7.3 microM for Hsp90beta. This compound induces cellular apoptosis (apoptosis) and arrests the cell cycle at the G0/G1 phase. Additionally, HSP90-IN-33 reduces the protein expression of ERalpha, CDK4, and Akt.
