HTH-02-006 is a NUAK2 inhibitor ( IC 50 =126 nM). HTH-02-006 reduces levels of phosphorylated MYPT1 in HuCCT-1 cells. HTH-02-006 inhibits YAP-driven cell proliferation, hepatomegaly and tumorigenesis. HTH-02-006 also has antifibrotic protective effect [1] [2] .
