Scientific Description
The recombinant human FCER1A consists of 191 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 24.5 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 42-48 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human FCER1A (P12319) (Met1-Gln205) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
