Scientific Description
The recombinant human IDH1 consisting of 424 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 48 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 43 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human IDH1 (O75874) (Met 1-Leu 414) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
