    Recombinant S100-A4 is a disulfide-linked homodimer protein consisting of 332 amino acid residues (containing a C-terminal IgG1 Fc tag), and migrates as an approximately 12 kDa protein under non-reducing and reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE. Optimized DNA sequence encoding Human S100-A4 mature chain was expressed in E. coli.
