- Scientific DescriptionCharacteristics: This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 63.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 67-85 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation. Description: Signal-regulatory protein gamma (SIRPG or SIRP-gamma) is also known as CD172 antigen-like family member B (CD172g), Signal-regulatory protein beta-2 (SIRPB2), is a single-pass type I membrane protein. SIRPG is expressed on CD4+ T-cells, CD8+ T-cells, CD56-bright natural killer (NK) cells, CD20+ cells, and all activated NK cells. SIRPG interacts with CD47. On binding with CD47, CD172g mediates cell-cell adhesion.
