Scientific Description
The recombinant human TNFRSF19/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 382 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 42.5 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 52-57 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human TNFRSF19 (Q9NS68-2) (Met1-Leu170) was expressed, fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
