Scientific Description
The recombinant human TNFRSF19 consists of 152 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 16.9 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 28 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human TNFRSF19 (Q9NS68-2) (Met1-Leu170) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
