Potentially useful in neuronal diseases research. Antagonist of serotonergic receptors. Shown to reduce voltage-dependent calcium elevation. Moderate anticancer compound. Inhibits cell growth in a panel of cancer cell lines at low microM range. Antiprotozoal agent. Antibacterial.
