BANF1 antibody can be used for detection of BANF1 by Western blot at 0.5 - 2 ug/mL. Despite its predicted molecular weight, BANF1 often migrates at a higher size in SDS-PAGE. Antibody can also be used for immunoflourescence starting at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:. ELISA, IF, IHC, IHC-P (2.5 µg/ml), WB BANF1 antibody can be used for detection of BANF1 by Western blot at 0.5 - 2 ug/mL.
