- Application Supplier NoteRAIDD antibody can be used for detection of RAIDD by Western blot at 0.5 - 1 ug/mL. A 22 kDa band should be detected. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: 22 kDa. ELISA, ICC, IF, IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (1:500 - 1:1000) RAIDD antibody can be used for detection of RAIDD by Western blot at 0.5 - 1 ug/mL. A 22 kDa band should be detected.
