    Suitable for Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 0.2-2 ug/ml. Detects CAR in lysates of CHO cells transfected with hCAR and mouse small intestine lysates. Immunocytochemistry: 1-2 ug/ml. Positive immunostaining for CAR in HeLa cells, hCAR transfected CHO cells. Does not detect CAR in untransfected CHO cells fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.2% Triton-X.. ICC (1 - 2 µg/ml), IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (0.2 - 2 µg/ml) Suitable for Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 0.2-2 ug/ml.
